With more than 30 years of professional experience, Laura Eberly has experience in land development services such as stormwater management design, erosion and sedimentation control permitting, NPDES permitting, DEP and Corps of Engineers permitting, stream restoration, and flood plain delineation. She has provided engineering services to municipal clients including review of subdivision and land development plans for consistency with local and state regulations, MS4 NPDES annual reports and permit renewals. She has provided testimony at planning commission, governing board and zoning hearing board meetings, and taught stormwater management classes for municipal officials and staff.As the Director of Civil Engineering for the Bethlehem office, Ms. Eberly is responsible for leading a team of engineers in preparing plans, specifications and standards for projects in the Lehigh Valley and beyond; quality control of drawings; manpower budgeting; and assembling proposals and contracts.
