Whether at sea, in the air, on land, or in cyberspace, our agile solutions ensure our Defense and National Security customers meet their most challenging and dynamic mission requirements.- As a strategic and hands-on leader providing full lifecycle Talent Acquisition support across the business areas within the organization.- Drive comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to deliver top talent to execute against business goals within demanding customer markets.- Staff and lead an effective talent acquisition team that is proactive, responsive, helpful, and anticipatory.The function should be viewed by its internal customers as expert, confident, strategic, effective and vital to the organization’s success.- Shape and enable effective line management involvement in the talent acquisition process.- Identify and utilize multiple, creative sources to access passive talent in the marketplace.Monitor and effectively share competitive intelligence on key talent and key talent acquisition practices across the industry.- Develop targeted and innovative sourcing strategies for “just in time” recruiting and “pipeline recruiting” for hard to fill positions as well as strategic recruiting based on workforce plans.- Build and maintain strong external relationships with vendors, recruitment agencies, search firms, job boards, advertising partners, assessment/testing partners, etc.
