The systems I have experience in are Oracle, Sage 200 Financials system and Credit Hound for credit control management. I manage outstanding credit balances on a ledger of 1000+ customers on a daily basis to maintain debtor days and also manage the ongoing relationship with our factoring agency. This includes a detailed monthly reconciliation of all transactions including the posting of receipts, banking of cheques and daily uploads of transaction values. I am responsible investigating and resolving all related issues and calculating bad debt liabilities I currently produce and provide analysis on the majority of the company's sales/contribution reports and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes. My main month end responsibilities include: the calculation and posting of accruals and prepayments, the calculation of all commissions and royalties owing and any related accruals such as settlement discount based on sales figures. I report externally to all business associates as required and then produce reconciled balance sheet statements for KMI Brands and two other subsidiary companies, posting all intercompany transactions to trial balance that result in the monthly management pack Show less
