Responsible for:- Overall responsibility for Operations budget circa £1.2 million.- Supervises the management of the organisation’s structure and facilities to ensure an optimal and effective working environment.- Liaises with external suppliers and contractors for the Facilities department.- Manages the company’s facilities to ensure an optimal and effective working environment.- Leads and develops the reception team to ensure guests have a first rate experience of their visit to Gocompare.com which enhances the reputation of the company.- Manages the company’s canteen facility to ensure staff are provided with healthy and appetising food which supports the company’s wellbeing goals.- Procurement and supplier management of all catering, cleaning and maintenance contracts.- Stakeholder management across multiple business functions.- Manage all major work on site work programmes, acting as the main point of contact for all parties involved, as required.- Nominated liaison with Landlord and his agents.- Manages the company’s relationships with facilities suppliers and contractors, ensuring the company receives best value for money and quality of work.- Manages and promotes an effective health and safety culture which supports a secure and healthy working environment across the business.- Fire marshals and First Aid.- Company travel and hospitality.- Building and grounds maintenance.- Cleaning.- Security.- Utilities and communications.- Space management.- Budget control / cost control.
