Aside to the day to day duties, there was always a variety of ad-hoc projects to manage ranging from Direct Mail, Email and Telephone campaigns, ensuring the project ran smoothly including data capture, selection of the data for the campaign, execution and post analysis (including budget management). I was also responsible for ensuring any shop website updates were completed to mirror client marketing activity.As well as managing client accounts I was also responsible for revision and development of existing project management systems and strategies, to streamline processes where possible.
