This is a client facing role which includes giving advice on debt and investment products, compliance with regulations and the formation of technical statements and reports. I also analyse clients' balance sheets and assist with capital finance options appraisal and financial closedown issues. I regularly attend meetings with clients and oversea a number of client relationships.

A client facing role as a treasury management consultant.

Managing a team of 5 people processing expenses and overtime claims forms from across the organisation. The role involved checking adherence to organisational policy and tax legislation, liaising with claimants and producing management reports. Processing high volumes in a pressured and deadline centric environment whilst providing an excellent level of customer service was an essential part of the role. There was also a large element of managing staff, which was especially challenging during a time of restructuring within the organisation.

Managing a £358 million budget in a challenging area of specialist policing. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, completing journals, financial reporting and analysis, closure of year end accounts, petty cash management and the provision of financial training.

Numerous different roles as part of a scheme that rotated between different work placements. These roles included financial accounting, negotiation of Service Level Agreements, improving compliance with internal audit recommendations and project management.
