About Laura Fell

Creative facilitator with over 20 years experience in the industry, in Print Management, Project Management and Account Management roles. My work experience has covered (but is not limited to) working within the following specialisms: Producing, strategising and planning POS for a large national retail operation, producing high quality photographic hard back books, working in contract publishing, working in consumer monthly magazines and weekly magazines, managing the creative process and buying print for brochures, flyers, banners and large format exhibition and display graphics.Although my background had primarily been print, I also have both inhouse and agency experience of managing web, digital and film creative from brief to delivery, as well as merchandise sourcing and general workflow management. I can recommend how best to brand and spend large budgets for large scale events, dealing with venues, suppliers, clients and a full team of creatives. I oversee the installation of large scale graphics onsite, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets. I pride myself on being a creative solutions focussed facilitator. I have worked extensively in Europe and in other locations (notably the USA) and am confident building relationships and running projects in different countries, engaging experts where necessary and mastering local rules, regulations and differences.I can manage and own client relationships, and have been so successful with this to be invited onto multiple Global teams to work alongside established colleagues. As well as deal with the pressures of internal resourcing and workflow management, I am used to keeping multiple stakeholders happy throughout long running projects. I have a strong knowledge of print processes, covering gravure, large format, web offset and sheet-fed for commercial and client requirements. I have managed national mass retail marketing campaigns and small run luxury items. I love nothing more than being given a brief and then delivering against it. I have juggled multiple projects and deliverables, whilst continuing to communicate and manage internal and external teams.I am a results-driven pragmatic project manager who drives action, and like nothing more than working as part of a team to get the job done.
