• Heavily involved in production setup: Unreal pipeline setup, department structure, bidding & scheduling across all departments, UE 5 technology testing, shotgrid integration, and establishing workflows.
• Oversaw the daily ecosystem of the studio and ensured that all teams were running smoothly.
• Maintained the master schedule by working with production staff & leads to confirm accuracy & productivity.
• Collaborated with creative leadership to make certain all parties are on the same page, and that creative agendas were being properly relayed to teams.
