Managed over $1 billion in assets for the Harness line of business on the Advisor Center fintech platform. Created an Advisor Onboarding Program that brought in net new assets across Canada. Oversaw projects and successfully executed based on management timelines, analyzed data for story telling to ensure data infrastructure was maintained, working with Head of Compliance on implementing policies and procedures to reduce risk, and implemented internal processes to ensure short and long term efficiencies.

The primary Community Experience operations lead for the first Tech Development Centre in Canada.

Consulted on the digital strategic initiatives roadmap for the Private Wealth line of business.

Lead a team of 12 Senior and Associates of the National Services team that provides support for all CIBC Private Wealth - Wood Gundy branches nationally across all of Canada. Also lead the Client Relations side of the team that supported all 250k clients under Wood Gundy. A portion of the role was also collaborating with partners to empower change to do what’s right, enterprise-wide projects and corporate communications to all national stakeholders.
