About Laura G.

When I was 10, my family got our first PC with Windows 98 and a dial-up internet connection. I loved browsing the internet and learning about cool sites to go to. One of my favorites at the time was Neopets, I had an orange striped Kougra named Kiara, and one of my favorite things was to customize my profile using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. When I got older, MySpace was the cool online place to be, and once again I remember spending lots of time using HTML, CSS, and Javascript to add cool images, music, and animations to my site. Once I got to college, I knew I wanted to build things for a living, after a short detour into engineering 101, I realized once again that I loved designing beautiful electronic experiences. I love that writing software combines creativity and problem-solving and find it extremely satisfying to create a beautiful experience for users on the web.
