    As as Personal Trainer with GoodLife Fitness I was responsible for helping over 100 individuals identify their fitness goals and work with them to achieve these goals. The role of a Personal Trainer came with much responsibilty as each client not only made a financial investment in my training programs, but an emotional investment in their health and wellness. I worked with clients from the ages of 15-75 with a wide range of fitness goals including; fat loss, strength building, disease prevention and sport specifics. I developed individualized plans for each client and trained each client 2-3 times/ week. Some highlights as a Personal Trainer were:-a client lost 115 lbs and lowered her body fat percentage by 12-a client gained 10lbs of lean muscle in 9 months-a client trained for and completed her 1st half marathonBeing a Personal Training enhanced my communication abilities, allowed me to INSPIRE on a daily basis and taught me the building blocks of how to create and maintain a success business.
