As the Regional President for PNC in Greater Maryland and a board member for a diverse set of business and charitable organizations, I strive to lever corporate and civic commitments to drive growth for the bank, businesses and the betterment of the region. I have found leveraging my banking experience and strong relationships with local organizations in multiple board roles drives conversation and connections. I have chaired two boards with intense governance work and CEO successions and I am interested in continuing to work with leaders nationally to create dialogue and action focused on innovation, inclusivity, and excellence. My banking experience includes corporate, commercial, wealth, consumer and treasury management expertise and I am sought out as an advisor and mentor to senior-most business leaders and talent development, recruitment and retention is a priority. With extensive experience in business growth, marketing and sales, process improvement, and turnaround of underperforming business units within a highly regulated environment, I am interested in continuing a dialogue around coalescing leaders to identify needs in our communities and nationally, building awareness and defining action between government, corporate and philanthropic entities.
