Complimenting my brokerage responsibilities at Capacity, I started CCG Property Management in January, 2020 and led the division from inception through February, 2024. I am still the primary contact for new business development. Our team has over 50 years of combined experience managing office, industrial, flex and retail assets. Services include property management, strategic planning, construction management, full service accounting and facilities management. Laura is responsible for managing the KG Investment Properties Portland team and is accountable for training and overall performance of the Portland managed assets. Laura joined KGIP in November, 2004, upon closing of the AmberGlen asset. Laura is accountable for driving the leasing, capital, and overall asset management functions for the Portland portfolio of assets. Prior to joining KGIP, Laura was responsible, as General Manager, for the entire Equity Office Properties Kruse Way office submarket, consisting of over 1.3 million square feet of Class “A” office product. She was responsible for developing Kruse Oaks I, a 95,000 square foot office building on behalf of Spieker Properties and was involved in the 184,000 sf Kruse Woods V office development. Laura has considerable experience addressing entitlement and property concerns with governmental entities, financial analysis on operations and developments, tenant relations, strategic planning, budgeting, and leasing. Prior to joining Equity Office/Spieker in March, 1998, Laura worked with Forum Properties/Insignia, managing assets for Principal Financial, USF&G/St. Paul and GE Capital. Laura has managed office, industrial, flex, retail and residential properties. Former clients have included Travelers Insurance, Gibraltar Savings & Loan, Mellon McMahan Real Estate Advisors, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), limited partnerships and individual investors. Laura has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Oregon and is the Principal Broker for Oregon. She has been active in the Portland real estate community for more than 25 years. Laura was the 2010 President of BOMA Oregon (Building Owners and Managers Association) and recently finished a 2 year term as the Regional Vice President for BOMA International. She served on the Board of Directors for several years. Laura is a CPM and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
