Responsible for client liaison/ presentations in the securing of project bids and running of live projects in education and commercial workplace developments; including brief development, concept development, interior co-ordination of all disciplines and on site management Working with a dedicated team of interiors designers, we successfully bid and secured numerous new build projects including a £9M new build multi-faith school in Birmingham. Through demonstration of capability and excellent client feedback I was personally assigned a prestigious £23M commercial high end property development project in Glasgow City centre.

Projects scope ranged from refurbishment to new build.My role evolved with my experience and demonstration of my professional and technical capabilities; I was promoted from Architectural Assistant to Interior Designer and Architectural TechnicianProjects managed from concept to completion; responsible for concept development, client consultation, co-ordinating the contributing disciplines, statutory applications and approvals, managing the tender process, specification writing, production of all drawings and images, client consultation.Excellent record of winning projects with feasibility studies and Premises Development Plans and exemplary customer satisfaction.
