Laura Goolsby is a revenue cycle management professional with over 20 years in the medical billing and coding field, with 10+ years using Greenway Health's software solutions along with GE's Centricity and AthenaIDX. She has worked with multiple specialties with a focus on the FQHC/RHC/CHC market and, most recently, emergency medicine professional billing. Along with a successful background in medical billing, Laura has experience with A/R management, EDI setup and troubleshooting, new client implementations and provider data setups, leadership skills, creating and interpreting financial/AR reports, new employee onboarding and client training. Her billing experience spans several US states and territories, including PR and the USVI.
