With almost 8 years of customer service experience, I fully understand the importance of ensuring guest satisfaction and happiness. I have been in school the past nine months trying to exceed my own expectations of myself. I feel quite accomplished, for I have acheived awards for maintaining a 4.0 grade point average for each module while having a full time job and nearly perfect attendance.
