We consult and support our clients along the entire journey of digitization: From idea generation, to solution development and community building to accompany the introduction of products to users.As Chief Corporate Development Officer, I am responsible for developing strategic business areas, managing strategic projects, and developing team and processes at Labour Digital and our partner company Nordlicht IT Solutions.

FSG is a global nonprofit consulting firm that partners with foundations and corporations to create equitable systems change. Through customized consulting services, innovative thought leadership, and learning communities, FSG works to create a world where everyone can live up to their full potential. As a consultant, I was responsible for the analysis of organizations challenges, for the development of solutions and for creating the buy-in for those within the leadership teams of the respective organizations. For instance, I assessed the feasibility of a more CO2-efficient production approach for a leading building materials company, developed the sustainabiliy strategy of a leading construction company, identified co-investors and funders for healthcare initiatives, and coordinated an FSG internal strategy process.

The International Trade Centre is a multilateral agency which has a joint mandate with the World Trade Organization and the United Nations. It's purpose is to foster inclusive and sustainable economic development.I coordinated the development of the organisation's Innovation Lab with a group of dedicated colleagues and designed several projects and initiatives to increase the inclusion of women, smallholder farmers, and refugees into international trade chains across a multitude of geographies.

The Carlo Schmid Program is sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the German National Academic Foundation and Stiftung Mercator. Its aim is to increase the representation of German-speaking staff in positions of leadership in international organizations and globally active NGOs, and to train young leaders who think and act internationally.I supported the Office of the Director of the Division of Country Programmes in project design and monitoring and supported building the ITC Innovation Lab. My two main projects were the coordination of the Geneva Global Goals Innovation Day and developing the Innovation Lab's first strategy in a co-creative process.

Penda Health is an award-winning company that is transforming healthcare in Kenya by building a chain of outpatient medical centers that offer evidence-based medical care and unparalleled patient experience at surprisingly affordable rates.I supported the co-founders in planning the expansion of the hospital chain from 3 to 20 outlets and in fundraising 1.6 Million USD for a Series A.

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) is the main German development agency. It provides services in the field of international development cooperation and international education work.I supported the Private Public Partnership Department on the design, implementation and coordination of Private Public Partnerships in India. Furthermore, I developed GIZ’s offer and positions as service provider for the agribusiness and extractive industries investing in the Global South.

I prepared and conducted weekly tutorials accompanying a lecture on English Linguistics and supported the philosophical faculty's English Linguistics department on marketing of linguistic products, and preparation of lectures.
