The People and Culture function has been focused on supporting a business transformation project, laying the foundations for significant planned growth and building a high performing workforce and culture.

Beach Energy is an ASX listed, oil and natural gas, exploration and production company headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia with a portfolio that spans Australia and New Zealand. Highlights are - implementation of a new goal setting and performance review system and process. (Successfactors Goals and Performance modules, as well as Succession and Talent Planning modules). This was deep dive at planning stages, through to integration to existing HRIS, to delivering training (f2f and via video conferencing) and developing user guides, and facilitating calibration sessions. Responsibility including:- Remuneration Reviews- Performance review calibration sessions - Implementing large organisational structural changes in CHRIS21 (position management)- Creating sites in SharePoint and digital records- Coordinating all training requirements for employees include safety compliance training - Admintration of the LMS- Return to work coordination- Recruitment and onboarding- University Careers Expo student engagement

A 3 month temporary placement at ECH, a not for profit services industry in the aged care sector offering both residential and community care. The placement was to deliver on project recruitment.

The Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (now Department of Human Services) brings together a range of services, funding and policy responsibilities which together support safety, equality, opportunity and justice across South Australia.This 3 month project was to work review job evaluation/classification assessments submissions.

The Emergency Services Organisations which comprise the fire and emergency services sector are the South Australian Fire and Emergency Services Commission, SA Country Fire Service, SA Metropolitan Fire Service and SA State Emergency Service. The sector operates under the guidance of the SAFECOM Board, whose members include the Chief Officers of the CFS, MFS and SES and the Chief Executive, SAFECOM.  The activities of the sector are funded by the Emergency Services Levy and the agencies report to the Minister for Emergency Services. This was a generalist human resources advisory role, providing HR support to leaders in all agencies.
