Became top 3 digital/social media voices on Cyber.

Part of Sopra Steria’s Senior Management Forum and marketing leadership team. Led the marketing strategy for all private sector and consulting business lines. Key responsibilities included end-to-end management of the annual business planning cycle, marketing strategy, brand positioning and demand generation. Key achievements included new market penetration (winning 2 foundation clients in the market launch), increasing sector awareness by 60% and customer satisfaction by 9.5%. ROI also improved by 30%.

Directed the marketing strategy, proposition development and communication of all Steria core service lines - Infrastructure, BPO, Testing and Applications Management. Launched and re-shaped a number of new offerings for Sopra Steria, which resulted in an additional £75m pipeline in-year. Also supported the merger of Sopra and Steria, aligning brand and capability to position as a single offer. Marketing business partner for Fujitsu’s Financial Services sector. Responsibilities included strategic business planning, account-based marketing, pursuit marketing, integrated demand generation campaigns and offering management. Results included brand perception increasing by 23%, ROI of 555:1 and an award-winning proposition launch for Fujitsu’s customer experience offer.
