Plan and ensure execution of APQP project quality deliverables within agreed upon time and represent quality team-related activities. FC, FMEA, CP, R&R, SPC, Machine Pre and Final acceptance, PPAP.Active player in the production unit Quick Reaction Quality Control activity, participating and validating effective problem-solving under the QRQC leadership of Production Unit.Train employees to ensure that internal and external quality requirements are understood.Responsible for Supplier quality management (as includes complaint management, APQP).

Participate in Production transfer from UK to Hungary.Active role in the implementation of ISO 9001 & TS 16949 system.Manage and maintain elements of Quality System, such as Internal Audits, Documentation system, Handling customer and supplier complaint, APQP.

Manage Customer and Supplier complaints.Manage Failure analysis, problem-solving, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and analyse their effects with systematic methods (e.g.: Pareto, Ishikawa, 5W+2H; 5Why; FTA; Red Bin Review; 8D; QRQC; A3; etc.)Active team member of APQP process, representing quality team-related activities. FC, FMEA, CP, R&R, SPC, Machine Pre and Final acceptance, PPAP.
