• Accountable for leading and providing direction to managers, professionals and indirect staff related to Cargill's Trading application portfolio activities on a regional level.• Develop and manage regional Trading Application portfolio investments and budgets in alignment with Digital, Data and Technology strategy.• Champion, lead, and align project delivery activities to enable regional Trading applications strategy and initiatives.• Provide leadership and industry expertise to help define and build the strategy for the regional Trading application portfolio. In alignment with the Global Portfolio, establish and maintain a roadmap that supports business processes and strategy.• Participate in the determination of delivery models and strategic partnerships required to meet demand. Led Trading portfolio through large transformation of organization strategically shifting operational work to third-party suppliers and reshaping inhouse team to meet delivery needs.

• Served as point of contact for IT Business Partnering activities with Global Edible Oils Solutions North America, Industrial Specialties and Global Cotton businesses.• Maintained and monitored IT risk throughout the BU and ensure adherence of IT standards and policies and enforce information protection and technology risks and controls. • Communicated consistently and effectively with business unit leadership regarding the IT budget, portfolio, corporate IT initiatives. Provide partnership and consultation to enable services and solutions to meet business strategy and needs. • Acted as the liaison and point of contact for the businesses and IT function in times of major incidents, outages, or escalated issues to ensure communication and information is available to enable a timely resolution.

• Led the 5 member recruiting team to network, meet, recruit, and interview potential talent at St. Cloud State University. Kept a close relationship with Information System Department staff to maintain and enhance the Cargill brand and employer reputation on campus. • Coordinated, planned, and presented at on and off campus events. Events included classroom presentations, on campus organization club events, Career Services initiatives and an off campus multi-school Cargill site visit. • Completed a Targeted Selection interview training course to accurately and consistently recruit and interview the best fit candidates.

• Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and understanding Project Management process, collaborating between multiple teams and organizations to drive requirements to deliverables, defining and executing testing and training, facilitating implementation, directing “warranty” period concerns, and owning relationships between key stakeholders and business resources. • Led the analysis and design of tools and processes for project and portfolio management and work intake and demand management affecting an IT function in excess of 1,500 employees.• Managed the implementation of IT applications required to run the Corn Milling Fort Dodge wet milling facility and Bovina Sweet Bran facility. Worked with the Manufacturing IT team to develop a new load out functionality for Ethanol. Ensured implementation of IT applications required to supplement critical processes such as Corn purchasing, receiving, grading, production scheduling, quality management, inventory management, load out, sales orders, invoicing, shipping and health and safety tracking.

• Strong service background gained as application owner serving as 2nd and 3rd level support for multiple applications in Customer Relationship Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and Microsoft Lotus Notes technologies. Ensured the health and compliance and ITIL management for SLA, improved end-to-end service to the customer as opportunities presented themselves, vendor relationship management and financial management of application budgets.• Managed global, cross-functional project teams, including Cargill employees, 3rd-party providers, and vendors, upgrading multiple applications to meet critical compliance deadlines.
