Responsible for care team operations. Develop and interpret organizational policies, budgets, communication, consulting, and quality metrics. Collaborates with leadership around optimal care team placement. Responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships. Consult with workforce management and recruiting. Help design appropriate Care Team staffing models. Aid in effective recruitment and retention to ensure we are adequately staffed for daily anesthetizing volume needs based on the scheduling requirements.
