In a team of consultants, I collaborate with the Quoin leadership team to improve the features of the Primero technology platform which provides case management in humanitarian services for UNICEF. I interview end-users of the platform to better understand how Primero can be optimized to best meet the needs of endangered refugees in the Middle East and the clients who support these refugees. Finally, I am aggregating artificial refugee case data to develop an interactive visualization in R according to the needs of the end-users. I will train the Quoin team on how to properly use and integrate the interactive visualization into the Primero platform.
