The primary responsibilities for the position are to educate visitors about the Vistancia master plan, its unique selling propositions and providing directions to the actively selling builder sales office locations, through conversation and visual/interactive aids. Additionally, this position is responsible for data entry and tracking of all Information Center visitors into Vistancia’s CRM database. Specific Job Responsibilities:• Provide a current community overview and interactive map demonstration to visitors • Provide visitors with current marketing collateral• Accurately manage and enter all Vistancia visitor registrations into CRM database• Update community collateral and replenish supplies• Track marketing collateral inventory• Provide quick response to Information Center or email questions and inquiries• Answer phones and provide information requested• Maintaining the visual appearance and quality of the Information Center• Execute administrative duties• Event planning as needed
