- Accountable for developing and operationalizing process that is both applicable to the Information Security community and the businesses they support.- Works closely with the IS community and other process owners to communicate and ensure a common understanding of the IS processes, interfaces and associated practices.

- Advised Trading Services on implementing and maintaining security best practises, including compliance with the Information Security Manual, and raised exceptions as necessary.- Participated in forums for improvement of security processes and advocated for an Enterprise approach to security risk management.- Provided security guidance on Trading Services projects and business integration activities (e.g. integration of the GKST acquisition).- Continued with other duties related to Compliance in Trading Services such as BCP Coordination, SOX attestations, and SharePoint management.

- Worked on key process re-engineering projects to model and improve processes and procedures using ITIL. Past projects included initialization of enterprise-wide Configuration, Release, and Capacity Management; currently optimizing the enterprise Change Management process.- Managed the computer room re-cabling project to successfully migrate active server connections from under-floor cabling to an overhead cabling configuration, including the re-IP of over 100 servers.- Identified and documented key deficiencies in preparation for annual internal and external audits prior to auditor arrival to allow the team sufficient time for preparation.- Developed and managed the SharePoint site for Trading Services as the primary document management and information sharing mechanism.- Provided day-to-day management of change in the Trading Services environment ensuring stability and availability of systems for BMO Capital Markets traders.

Worked for three 4-month terms as a co-op student building and supporting ITIL processes for IBG Production Support.
