The Internal Audit division evaluates the adequacy, operational effectiveness, and efficiency of the governance, risk, and control processes to achieve Freddie Mac's business objectives. As a leader, I encourage an energetic and agile environment of continuous growth, which includes curiosity, self-awareness, courage, independent research, active listening, and willingness to share and apply newfound knowledge. I believe that all team members, whether they are a college intern or the most tenured person, are unique individuals and have a voice to contribute to the team's growth and success.Prior to my current role, I was responsible for the audits of Freddie Mac's Single-Family segment, which is responsible for managing consumer credit risk of over $2 trillion representing over 11 million loans.
