- Coordinating and managing relationships with diverse institutional partners, ensuring timely and efficient communication, and being responsible for overall stakeholder engagement. - Leading the expansion of sponsorships and partnerships, enhancing revenue streams and cultivating relationships in alignment with local engagement strategies, with a significative impact both on the local communities involved and the corporate’s image.- Coordinating the preparation of the Sustainability Report providing insightful analysis on the environmental and social impacts of the bank’s activities, as well as communicating complex ESG strategies in order to strengthen the image of the company and build better community relations.- Leading multiple teams, both of coworkers and external collaborators and suppliers.- Writing press releases, speeches and statements and managing media relations; taking care of the public image of the bank, its Top Management, and their participation in public events.- Promoting corporate social responsibility activities, writing accurate proposals and reports to support senior management with decision making within a complex institutional framework.- Managing the bank's programs dedicated to the education sector and related projects with the aim of fostering knowledge sharing, involving over 15.000 students in educational activities, including economics, sustainability, and labour impacts related initiatives.- Designing business cases and project breakdowns for community events.- Organising and project managing the delivery of events (conventions, concerts, art exhibitions, conferences, awards ceremonies, cultural and sports events, company meetings) with the aim of creating positive brand sentiment and growing the company’s social consciousness.
