I currently own a thriving tutoring business, working with an array of wonderful children and families. I work with children to support them in achieving their goals and building confidence. Current part time EYFS teacher, phonics lead, wellbeing team member and line manager. I have undertaken many exciting roles during my time teaching at Danemill Primary School . These include teaching across EYFS/KS1 /KS2, leading a staff wellbeing team, leading school council, leading arts council, being a line manager, a trainee teacher mentor and leading the subjects of music and phonics. I have also led staff and trainee teacher training. The core of my role involves nurturing growth, both academically and emotionally of the children in my class.

Achieved QTS graded as outstanding in my achievement.

Within this role I developed my coaching techniques, built solid relationships with both my colleagues and managers and delivered feedback on a daily basis. Having an eye for detail and assessing work to be a high quality was a paramount skill required for this role. Additionally, the ability to report and identify areas of need for the company was integral.

Resolving and supporting customer complaints. Identifying and fixing errors on the billing system to ensure that the accounts were running correctly. Building a rapport and understanding with stakeholders in order to come to a positive resolution.
