Business Analyst / FSA Technical Consultant directly involved in the assimilation of the LCI FSA chemical business into the Mosaic Organization. Accountable for tech refresh, data backups, disaster recovery, user help desk support, domain management, security, corporate website, firewalls, connectivity and peripheral equipment. • Implement corporate SharePoint Solution to enhance dissemination of information, collaboration and file management. • Manage communications systems from design and implementation to operations and maintenance including dynamic T1 requirements using VoIP for channel assignments, manage upgrades, approve recurring expenditures and evaluate vendor solutions. • Generate and maintain the IT Department's budget and expenditures in line with corporate strategy.

• Partner in start-up LAN/WAN integration and support Company with revenue sales of $3M annually prior to acquisition.• System Analysis and development of industry specific solutions for companies in the Jacksonville area: *Building Permits Tracking System for Electrical Contractor which improved job resource estimation and completion time. *Resident’s Special Assessment System for the City of Atlantic Beach City Clerk used to monitor resident’s balances and payments. *Owner Financed Property System for Commercial Real Estate Company with the purpose of tracking mortgagees, payments, profitability and asset management.

• Successfully led the IT portion of acquisition of Norfluor S.A. by LCI, Ltd. • Managed design and physical construction of improved IT systems in US and Mexico including office construction.• Supervised Native-Mexican and U. S. staff during IT and Accounting conversion and sustainment phases of acquisition.• Recommended and implemented new International Telecommunications design, which resulted in improved communications between Mexican plant and US partners especially parent company in Jacksonville, Florida.• Successfully interfaced and negotiated with Mexican vendors and local governmental authorities regarding IT hardware and software implementations and underpinning contracts.
