- Setup HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test) policy and procedure. Lead and perform HALT in HALT lab during NPI and work closely with design team for root cause- Develop a correlation model of highly accelerated life testing results and field quality performance. Provide technical training to various organizations. -Partner with PQE, FA and cross functional team for quality improvement-Lead HASS and HASA (Highly Accelerated Stress Audit) development; Design HASA strategy and test plan. Manage development process, pilot and proof of concept. Report test result to cross functional management team. Assist and work with central quality to deliver the process to business unit.-Create RDT (Reliability Demonstration Test) guideline. Provide technical guidance for RDT deployment. -Work with cross function groups to design burn in optimization process.- Actively work and help BUs solve product reliability issue. Provide technical solution in a short period of time.

- Lead reliability activity for Solectron North America region and provide training to internal engineers. - Set up and manage ongoing reliability test, ESS and failure analysis activities. Interface with manufacturing, engineering and customer to assure product meet standards and requirements. - Provide and initiate HALT & HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening) for customer and manufacturing- Responsible for performing ESS and Burn-In test. Provide technical support to production line.- Perform product failure rate and MTBF prediction and analysis.- Set up Design Verification Test, Reliability Demonstration Test and Ongoing Reliability Test
