Commercial Credit risk officer responsible for implementation of Bank’s commercial risk strategies in assigned geographical territories. • Managed and assessed key credit risks for high risk or impaired commercial and corporate loan relationships in the C&I, CRE and ABL portfolios, many of which were in bankruptcy, litigation or foreclosure• Completed complex credit analysis and documentation review to identify issues inhibiting company performance in order to determine a resolution strategy that would maximize recovery to Bank• Negotiated loan restructures, note sales, short sales and other alternative resolutions to mitigate losses and effectuate the resolution strategy• Prepared and presented non-performing loan forecasts for senior leadership to include probability and timing of losses, accrual changes and anticipated recoveries• Managed the recovery of monies owed following large commercial charge-offs
