Partnered with SMEs, created sustainable solutions such as online learning resources, instructor-led and virtual instructor led public courses, publications, and blended offerings, along with registration, licensing, and fulfillment systems & processes. Oversaw the ongoing creation and editing, functionality and account management of an in-depth online subscription resource for healthcare organizations in support of their cultural competence initiatives, with a revenue stream of $750k+/yearly.

Created and managed the effectiveness and efficiency of day-to-day operational systems, processes and policies including accounts receivables, payables, human resources and communications. Developed, implemented and oversaw operating budgets. Created and administered human resource functions and files including position agreements, payroll, employee benefit programs.
