As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst I use scientifically proven methods to help individuals reach their health and wellness goals. I work with clients to identify where they get "stuck" when trying to achieve goals related to improving their health. Together, with the client, I create actions plans and monitor progress for lasting change. I teach individuals the behavioral skills to reach and maintain their goals. Examples of behaviors I help to change include: · Improving eating habits· Weight loss· Decreasing sugar intake· Starting and/or keeping up with an exercise routine· Home physical therapy exercises· Regularly taking medications· Any other personal health and wellness goal
