Managed the Channel Foundation’s Women’s Leadership Scholarship Program, processing over 400 applications a year to women across the world to attain their master’s degrees at accredited universities of their choosing. Ran the application and selection process, facilitated selection committee meetings, and recruited several new selection committee members. Solicited financial reports and written evaluations from the scholarship recipients’ host universities and communicated with recipients. Developed guidelines for selection criteria, website content, program materials, and a comprehensive training manual for new selection committee members.
