Working with Oracle, UKG, Kronos, etc. for transactional inquiries and issues involving Oracle. . Responding to routine questions about Oracle and procedures related to HRMS processes.. Responsible for accurate data entry of HR information for all employees.. Processing voluntary/involuntary terminations and resignation letters.. Processing unemployment claims via employers’ edge or Hamlet tool.. Processing verifications of employments via the work number and Experian for third party companies requesting information over one of our employees or employees needing one for themselves.. Attending webinars, trainings, and meeting to learn more beyond my role and gain more responsibilities.. Process all Internal Transfers including demotions and promotions, status, shift, job code changes and/or department transfers in a timely manner. Counsels with compensation directly to obtain rate decrease or increase information. Primary contact for all Hiring Manager transfer activity. Interviewing and Screening of candidates as necessary.

Treat and attend patients with upmost care and specialty. Process copays with either cash or credit card. Fax, scan, file office work with patients info while practicing HIPPA laws.
