Internship in IRIS company (Castelldefels, Barcelona), doing the final degree project: Analysis of near infrared (NIR) spectroscopic data and hyperspectral images applied to quality control in the pharmaceutical industry. The objective of this project was to compare different NIR spectrometers – a conventional one, a miniaturized one and a hyperspectral imaging one – with different configurations to study their potential application in quality control in the pharmaceutical industry.Two chemometric methods were applied in this study: PCA and PLS.
