I am passionate about nutrition, food, and cooking! I am a firm believer that whole foods are not only easy to make, but they also taste great! I think good health is about the whole body and that the mind, soul, and body are all connected. I am currently working on my health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.My past experiences include a number of years as the Superintendent of Parks and Open Space for the Town of Superior, Colorado and account manager for ValleyCrest Landscape Company in Colorado. I also have an A.S. degree in Golf Course Management.
