Functionality is also important to me; I strive to simplify, improve the efficiency and quality of the process. • I am a problem-solver; problems are just a source for creative thinking. I’m drawn to scientific puzzles; the more novel the area, the better. • I love learning new things, formulating hypotheses and testing them out. • I am responsible; whether it is to a project or a person, I will do everything in power to ensure that the project or the person has the best chance to succeed.
