Assists Trainers in classroom and course scheduling. -Coordinates the development of materials, including reviewing and proofing of new documents and ensuring appropriate content and formatting is maintained for all training materials for consistency purposes. -Coordinates and administers the Learning Management System functions for the department, including building and amending courses and curriculum in the system and ensuring caregivers receive appropriate credit for coursework completed.

-Provided first-tier support for Aurora Caregivers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues-Analyzed problems and arrived at solutions. Provided callbacks and follow-up with end users as necessary-Provided technical hints and tips to end users to proactively assist customers on a daily basis-Trained new support representatives on answering calls and logging end user problems in our SMS database-Assisted with the development of quick source guides for staff on service desk to help troubleshoot end users
