Developed and implemented a strategic communications plan for ARECA and its 16 member associations; tracked the goals achieved and adjusted the plan depending on organizational priorities and issues. Organized and executed high-level meetings including the association's AGM , and related conferences. Gathered content for and produced ARECA's annual report for submission at the AGM and for the reference of member groups and industry partners.

Working in collaboration with the Alberta Cancer Board, created materials designed to inform government and funding partners about leading-edge progress in research and treatment. Also organized the promotion and execution of high-level fundraising events that enhanced public awareness of the work being undertaken by the Alberta Cancer Board and Foundation, and to increase access to financial resources essential for ongoing research.

In consultation with the Regional Account Manager and internal clients, developed communications plans and campaigns for each of the regional radio and television programs in order to increase awareness and broaden audience.
