Providing In-center hemo-dialysis for the adult population of the greater Fairfield area. Through a multidisciplinary team, we are able to provide a broad-spectrum of care to ensure great outcomes for each client. As a clinical coordinator, you must be skilled in cannulation of AVF's/AVG's, and use of CVC's, monitoring labs and adequacy rates for dialysis and being able to relay this information to clients, able to delegate tasks to co-workers, closely monitor client outcomes and adjust accordingly. Understanding principles of dialysis and modalities to be able to share this knowledge with each client.

Proficient in "first net" use of Hospital wide computer systems. Quickly analyzing and relaying important information to MD or APRN. Excellent IV skills/IV accessing and management. Team working skills with Physicians, Nurses, and ancillary staff to provide the best care.Very receptive to clients needs, fast learner in a high pace environment.

Provide nursing care to clients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Being able to read telemetry strips and identify various rhythms. Proficient use of Lifelinks/Patient Links computer system. Assess clients and collaborate with physicians and other staff members in order to provide the best care. Delegating responsibilities to other members of staff. Able to work as a charge nurse within 5 months of licensure. Float to other areas of the hospital when there is a staffing need (i.e. telemetry floor). Providing wound care including KCI, ostomy care/education, etc. Team working skills to provide the best care possible for each and every client.
