Quality InspectorJuly 2016 – May 2017  Volkswagen is recognized as a world leader in automotive manufacturing and sales. Group of America Chattanooga, TN assembly plant is responsible for building the Passat and Atlas lines while expanding into electric crossover vehicles with the Crozz car and Buzz van. The plant was first in America to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum Certification and is ATF 16949-2016 certified. As a Quality Inspector, I was responsible for supporting Pre-Series ISIR Warehouse Quality Assurance operations inventory management, database management, hard copy and electronic file maintenance, containment, and customer service. Supervisor – Quality InspectionMay 2017 – March 2018  Promoted to Supervisor - Body Assembly Special Project, I was responsible for operational recruitment, employee relations, staff development, and workforce performance, and timekeeping. Launching the Atlas, strategically supported quality assurance department with job analysis and descriptions, drafted policies and procedures, assisted in the recruitment selection process, employee and labor relations and regulatory compliance, training, and development. In addition, continually communicated discrepancies with management and participated in continuous improvement documentation and OSHA compliance campaigns

Pueblo City Schools is a public education system servicing approximately 17,000 students. The student body reflects a 70% minority with 77% qualifying for free or reduced lunches. Heaton Middle School: 6th – 8th grade, has a unique candidate screening and selection intervention program umbrellaed under the Special Education Department. The program targets individuals with specific cognitive learning disabilities (SLD) at risk of self-withdrawal and not graduating. As a Behavior Advocate, I relied on my years of people management, relationship building, and customer service to assist educational staff, students and family obtain special education services. Analyzed teaching procedures, discovered adaptive equipment and materials, and created alternate settings designed to achieve higher levels of personal self-sufficiency academically and socially. Participate in continuous improvement methods and techniques professional development, volunteering on numerous committees supporting student and school’s performance initiatives. Volunteered program clerical support complying with ADA educational regulatory requirements. My dedication to helping students went beyond the normal calendar year working two summers with Middle and High School students ‘catch up’ academically.
