Laura Milus Email and Phone Number
On behalf of Arizona’s most vulnerable children, I am a civil litigator in the nation’s fifth largest county, Maricopa County. To date, I’ve represented the state’s interests in Superior Court in over five-hundred hearings, and several trials. Holding what is perhaps the lowest trial rate in our office, I’ve earned a reputation for settling contentious cases outside of formal mediation. In addition, I am familiar with real estate litigation and also have represented homeowners in protecting property values against utility companies and urban planners. As a former real estate investor, I managed multiple contractors, developed project budgets, and crafted investment strategies. In business, I have been directly responsible for the bottom line, managing financial reporting and fund allocation. I am a skilled communicator and public speaker. Prior to my legal career, I managed PR and political campaigns, developed marketing materials, and collaborated with the media. While I am happy with my many accomplishments, I am particularly proud that I finished law school on time in light of my beautiful husband’s sudden and tragic death all while navigating the pandemic which included managing the at-home elementary school learning for my son. I relocated to the Phoenix area after law school. Though I am based in Arizona, I am available for remote work.
