Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for operational management of front to back business both strategic and reactionary, partnering with regional and global business leads Support business in delivery of strategic and mandatory change agenda Manage key relationships across operations, finance, legal, compliance and operational riskManagement of regional business management team (4 direct reports)Represent the team within wider stakeholder meetings Review of daily PnL and delivery of quarterly business plans, including quarterly cost base analysis Ongoing regional review and resolution of operational risk items, including ongoing input in to evolution of key measurement metrics Significant projects include - Internal merger of 2 business lines- roll out of new revenue stream- development of strategic internal cost model- delivery of new client fee schedules associated with cross produce business (derivs fee)
