I researched and recommended markets for product offerings for Kasa Companies, Inc. to fulfill desired revenue growth from $16M to $35M and diversification of original offerings of industrial controls and metal fabrication. I developed marketing plans,digital marketing strategies, activities, and budgets, improved sales processes, analyzed pricing to improve profitability, escalated image of engineering services by ensuring presentations were effective and polished, lead teams of engineers, sales, and marketing.For each of the new product offerings and for the legacy offerings, I was responsible for electronic newsletters, responsive website development, social media content, marketing brochures, PowerPoint presentations, ad development, budget development, trade show organization, trade show marketing and Google ad campaigns. Product Launches:★ IntelliFinishing, provider of a disruptive innovation into an established paint system industry, was launched in 2010. Animations and simplified product demonstrations were used to educate prospects. I continually evaluated and improved the sales process with tools to demonstrate the value of a mult-million dollar IntelliFinishing paint system for manufacturers.★ Konnection and KTrack, provider of industrial software using plant floor data, was launched in 2011. I worked with the engineering staff in improving the user interface (UX) design of the software and developed presentations for the grain handling industry. I was responsible for the development of responsive websites, advertisement, and digital media.★ KasaCan, provider of a commodity product to city and county parks, was launched in 2017. Website, emails, postcards, and trade shows were the main forms of marketing this product. In addition, the product was offered for purchase on Amazon.
