I researched and recommended markets for product offerings for Kasa Companies, Inc. to fulfill desired revenue growth from $16M to $35M and diversification of original offerings of industrial controls and metal fabrication. Product Launches:★ IntelliFinishing, provider of a disruptive innovation into an established paint system industry, was launched in 2010. Animations and simplified product demonstrations were used to educate prospects. I continually evaluated and improved the sales process with tools to demonstrate the value of a mult-million dollar IntelliFinishing paint system for manufacturers.★ Konnection and KTrack, provider of industrial software using plant floor data, was launched in 2011. I worked with the engineering staff in improving the user interface (UX) design of the software and developed presentations for the grain handling industry. I was responsible for the development of responsive websites, advertisement, and digital media.★ KasaCan, provider of a commodity product to city and county parks, was launched in 2017. Website, emails, postcards, and trade shows were the main forms of marketing this product. In addition, the product was offered for purchase on Amazon.

I established cold calling, online demo, and on-site proposal procedures with a team of ten people.★ I developed and presented a variety of topics on Website Usability, Website Statistics, and Website Design related to government websites to city and county government associations.★ I supervised a team of salespeople and was responsible for doubling revenue ever year.
