• Design and oversee the long term strategy for Police Now alumni
• Develop the relationships with our Police Now alumni both inside policing and across other business sectors
• Develop the secondment piece for our 350 participants including relationship management with our external partners
• Identify and secure opportunities for our alumni through partnership both inside and beyond policing
• Deliver an outstanding service to build the reputation of Police Now as a partner of choice
• Ensure that programmes are delivered on time and achieve their objectives, as well as being responsible for all associated monitoring, evaluation and reporting

• To establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (primarily in schools and colleges) in order to build support of NCS with The Challenge
• Building a network of advocates in and out of schools and colleges by establishing broad relationships with multiple points of contact such as head teachers, local MPs and community stakeholders.
• Line manage two Assistant Relationship Managers and delegate work to them whilst supporting their professional development and overseeing their workload
• Analyse data to report on performance, and to develop and implement strategies for current and future stakeholder relationship management
• To seek opportunities to increase brand awareness with key stakeholders by networking, organising and managing events and attending conferences throughout the year to pave the way for your Sales and Marketing.
• Continual relationship maintenance through e.g. attending assemblies or parents evenings with the Sales and Marketing department to evaluate the service we are providing to schools/colleges

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with schools, teachers and other youth led organisations
• Exciting and persuading young people to sign up to NCS through presentations in assemblies, PSHE classes and follow up phone calls
• Assist young people and their parents through the sign up process from initial expression of interest to turning up for the programme, primarily through phone calls
• Defining and leading a local strategy for a geographical area to work in conjunction with the national marketing strategy
• Ownership and responsibility of a geographical area
• Working as part of a team towards individual and team targets
