As I would like to become helpful in a field that I love, biomedical sciences, I joined Anaquant. In response to protein standard issues used in mass spectrometry, this start up created READYBEADS™. But let’s go back to the beginning of the story.After I graduated from my Master’s degree in biotechnologies, biotherapies and genomics, I decided to switch for business by doing a second Master’s degree. Why? Over my professional development, I have been convinced that scientists should enjoy their time in the lab. Nothing is more annoying than fail an experiment again and again or struggle with what should be routine protocols. Here comes READYBEADS™ and me joining Anaquant to help in the commercial team.READYBEADS™ is a technology based on the coating of selected molecules (peptides, small molecules) on a water soluble biopolymer that does not interfere with mass spectrometry assay. After beads solubilization, the coated molecules are released at a controlled concentration. It allows an easy way to prepare reproducible complex mixture in a minute even with different operators.To put it simply, you just have to add a bead in your sample instead of spend hours to prepare complex pool of internal standard.🔁 Bring more reproducibility in your experiments.⌛️ Quicker.
