• Leads a strategic research translation and health communications project that provides health care providers (HCPs) with science-based education, resources, and information that they can apply in clinical practice to help them care for people with, and at risk for, substance use disorder. • Oversees the development of strategic, multiparter marketing plans to promote client resources among providers; includes recommendations on strategies to reach the target audiences and how best to engage partners (e.g., federal agencies, professional organizations).• Leads a stigma reduction campaign that aims to increase providers’ knowledge of biases toward patients with substance use disorders.• Lead the development of Words Matter - Terms to Use and Avoid When Talking About Addiction, and a similar resource focused on pregnant women and mothers with SUD.• Identifies opportunities for, and leads the development of, medical education (e.g., CME/CE) activities; collaborates with partner organizations, SMEs, and vendors.• Oversees and contributes to a systematic review on physician reluctance to intervene in addiction.• Leads formative research efforts (e.g., focus groups, surveys) to HCPs to obtain input and feedback that help inform and shape client campaign efforts and resource development.• Manages a team of four direct reports.• Tracks and manages labor hour reports, budgets, and monthly invoices• Contributes to business development activities.
