Ensure the smooth running of the office, particularly within the payment section. Making sure payment transactions and the passports return procedure is followed according to the company's policy. Within my role it is important to be professional and have an eye for fine details to avoid mistakes when dealing with sensitive material.

I assisted the Accounts Team (dealing with subcontractors⁄sole traders) and the Purchase Order Team.My role involved the following:• Raising⁄reconciling invoices using the computerised accounting system• Code and check invoices• File invoices and statements• Run batches and send certificates of jobs to subcontractors• Communicate with suppliers and operatives• Raise real-time purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
