Additionally, I co-founded Plugged In Productions, a dynamic events company specializing in hybrid, virtual, and in-person technical supply services. Daily running of all projects within the company, carrying out all design changes from Art Director on all artwork projects. Preparing approvals and emails for art director to send off to clients. Quote requests and logistics on projects from brief to completion.• General design work : creation of packaging, labels, posters, hanging banners, billboards, business cards, logos, corporate identities, compliment slips, promotional material including stands, table talkers, letterheads, web banners, email signatures, corporate identities, etc. Overseeing ongoing projects for long-standing clients, ensuring their corporate identity is enforced.• Website maintenance : product addition/removal, maintaining text on pages, adding links/files/images, checking on orders, etc). Website platforms: Wordpress, Squarespace. Domain and Hosting maintenance.• Book Creation: Typesetting, layout and conceptualisation of look and feel for interior and cover. Reflowable ePub format and iTunes format using iBooks creator. Allocation of ISBN’s and obtaining barcodes. Prepare all titles for KDP/Ingramspark, upload and troubleshoot. Launch and promotion thereof on social media as well as subscribed emailers.• Fulfilling of local print on demand orders, packaging, sorting, arranging courier. Requesting quotes, logistics of order, stock control and dispatch, following up with client, client satisfaction.• Office management : stationery, back-ups, time management, appointment scheduling, etc, password maintenance database, email accounts, status updates.• Social Media : manage several companies social media accounts, increased follower numbers and page likes, facebook adverts, engagement on posts, creation of graphics/captions/hashtags, scheduling.• Mailchimp: various mailchimp accounts, weekly mails/monthly mails, audience lists, engaging mail content creation and conceptualisation of new ideas.
